We commenced our Christmas decorating last night with the trimming of our little tree. I love the randomness of our hodge-podge ornament collection. It makes me smile to see all the popscicle stick constructed, gluey, clay formed, and obscure trinkets we have collected over the last 10 years (and even a few of my favorites as a kid). My favorites this year are the tree, angel, Santa, and snowman clay ornaments that my dad painted when he was young.

Wonderful and darling kids. That is a perfect little picture. Miss you guys! I hope you are doing well in every other aspect. Cute tree. The random ornaments really make a tree, don't they?
